The Rural Health Gap Is Real – We Bridge It
At AGROFED, we believe that health is the foundation of empowerment. We are committed to improving the well-being of rural and underserved populations through health camps, awareness drives, and access to essential care. From general check-ups to menstrual hygiene awareness and preventive education, our work ensures that no community is left behind when it comes to health.
Key Initiatives We Focus On
Free Health Check-Up Camps
We organize camps in villages with the help of local doctors and health professionals. These camps provide check-ups, basic treatment, and medicine distribution for people who otherwise lack access to care.
Menstrual Hygiene Awareness
We educate adolescent girls and women on menstrual hygiene management, distribute sanitary products, and break taboos through interactive workshops and open discussions.
Cleanliness & Sanitation Drives
Promoting handwashing, toilet hygiene, and clean surroundings to prevent common diseases like diarrhea, skin infections, and respiratory illness.
Mental Health Awareness
Raising awareness on stress, anxiety, and depression—especially among youth and women—through counseling sessions and group discussions.
Disease Prevention & Seasonal Awareness
We run targeted campaigns during monsoons and winters to prevent the spread of vector-borne diseases like dengue, malaria, and seasonal flu.
Safe Water & Nutrition Education
Teaching communities about clean drinking water, basic nutrition, and food hygiene to ensure healthier daily habits.
Our Partners in Care
AGROFED collaborates with doctors, hospitals, medical colleges, and health workers who generously give their time and resources. These partnerships help us scale our impact and reach more villages.
